Mumbai, October eight (Agencies) Varsha Bhosle, girl of playback singer Asha Bhosle, committed suicide at their Peddar Road residence here weekday.
Varsha, WHO was fifty six years previous, allegedly shot herself together with her authorized revolver in her Pedder Road residence.
Police say she died on the spot. No suicide note was found however Ms Bhosle was believed to be full of depression and had been hospitalized many weeks past once a suspected dose of sleeping pills.
Ms Bhosle's body has been sent to J J Hospital for a post-mortem and a case of accidental death has been registered by the metropolis police.
Varsha Bhosle was a journalist with internet portal Rediff. She antecedently wrote for The Sunday Observer and therefore the Times Of Republic of India. She was additionally a theatre temperament, Panax quinquefolius playback for a few Hindi and Mahratti films and performed in concerts together with her mother.
